Workshop experience options
basic experience: (Free)
Groups will learn about the history, purpose, and current social initiatives of Haiti Design Co. You will receive a tour of our shop and Wellness Rooftop.
workshop walk-through:(sugg. donation)
A guided tour through our downstairs workshop. Groups will see our in-house teams at work and learn about some of the processes behind the product.
*Suggested Donation of $5/person. All donations support our employee support programs & community development committee.
basic experience+ ACtiVITY: ($10)

You will receive a tour of our shop and Wellness Rooftop, a workshop walk-through, and an hour long activity from the choices listed below. Groups will also receive a delicious smoothie and an egg and veggie taco on our famous homemade tortilla. (minimum of 5 people)

Rooftop Yoga Class: 1 hour of zen yoga on our wellness rooftop
Fresh Haitian Cooking Class: learn how to make a few local specialties with veggies fresh from our rooftop garden
HANDS-ON ARTISAN EXPERIENCE
Jewelry: learn about the HDC jewelry program and work one-on-one with our rock star jewelry artisans to transform leather scraps into your own beautiful, handmade bracelet.
Sewing: learn about the HDC sewing program and work one-on-one with our talented seamstresses to transform fabric scraps into a stuffed animal souvenir for you to take home.
Leather: learn about the HDC leather program and work one-on-one with one of our talented leather artisans to finish your very own custom leather bracelet.
