Damages & Returns
Our products are handmade and made to order by our talented artisan teams who are very dependent on this work to support their families. We do not accept returns or exchanges, all wholesale orders are final sale.
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please reach out to our team. Any damages must be reported to our team within 1 week of receiving the shipment. Damages may be reported by contacting Josh at Orders@haitidesignco.org with photos of the damaged items. We can offer a replacement of the items or a reimbursement for the amount of the damaged items.
